“People you may know” — restored to the contract

The contract
  1. Only 2° and 3° connections appear — no 1° cards of any kind, no people without a connection degree.
  2. Closer connections first — every 2° ahead of every 3°.
  3. No 2°/3° candidates at all → the “Grow your network” invitation, not an empty or wrong section.

Case 1 — member with candidates (desktop)

Before: two orange 1° “vouch back” cards sit in the middle of the row. After: only 2° connections, real person first, demo personas (D) fill the tail.

Before: a 1° card plus cards with no degree at all. After: those people are correctly excluded, so the section shows the “Grow your network” invitation instead.
